The Client shall identify the “© 2018 Photography by Silver Image, Inc.” in the caption of all photographs uploaded to social media websites and profiles.

Copyright Infringement is Serious

I take the protection of my copyright very seriously. I tag all my photographs and actively search for my images on a regular basis. If I discover that you have used my copyright material in contravention of the licence above, then I may bring legal proceedings against you seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop you using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.

I have worked very hard to present you with a quality photographic experience and I kindly ask that you refrain from copying anything from the site onto your own hard drive, diskette(s), printer, etc. I tag all my photographs and actively search for my images on a regular basis.
