Awards Season!
Congratulations to the Tetris design team, lead by Nikhil Dhumma & Tish Scott, for winning the edie 2023 ‘Circular Economy Innovation of the Year’ award for the stunning JLL 20 Water Street office in Canary Wharf.
It was a truly inspirational project to photograph and great to see it receiving the accolades that it deserves. JLL employed a forward-thinking and holistic approach to the design of their new offices, with innovation and employee wellbeing at its heart. The office has been designed as a collaborative, sustainable, inclusive, health-led, tech-smart, energy-efficient and flexible workplace. The user experience is at the centre of the design, promoting wellness through biophilia incorporated in spaces both inside and outside of the offices. The project had to be an exemplar for both JLL’s people and clients, while meeting JLL’s targets for their Net Zero Carbon 2025 milestone.
