LaSalle Headquarters,78 St James’s Street, London

Architecture

78 St James’s is a best-in-class office building, providing modern efficient workspace with a high level of specification, in one of the most desirable areas in London. It is the new headquarters for the real estate investment firm, LaSalle.

LaSalle partnered with JLL and Tétris to create a flexible and collaborative workspace environment that aligned with LaSalle’s values and enhanced their brand identity. The headquarters was designed to set the standards for inclusivity and wellbeing, with sustainability at its core.

I was commissioned to photograph and capture the newly designed headquarters within the unique heritage of the building. The photography was to showcase how the space had been designed to enhance the employee / client experience with a wow factor entrance and reception, collaborative meeting spaces, casual breakout areas, and an office floor that suited the work-style profiles of LaSalle’s employees.

The building benefits from two entrances, the main reception is located on Little St James’s Street and the heritage entrance is located on St James’s Street. The large efficient floorplates provide practical and adaptable office space allowing Tetris to be able to incorporate designated workspaces for individual focus as well as modular meeting areas for different types of team interactions.
The building also provides an array of collaborative spaces which can be used for informal workspace, business meetings and evening events. There is a communal roof terrace with panoramic views over Green Park and spire of Westminster.

78 St James’s Street combines modern efficiency and scale, with outstanding amenities and character, to provide workspace for our time.
