Leading workplace destination

Architecture, Commercial

Perkins Coie has relocated its growing London office to 22 Bishopsgate, a landmark skyscraper located in the heart of the city’s financial district. The move provides a more expansive space for the firm’s European technology-focused corporate practice.

22 Bishopsgate is a leading workplace destination and one of the first buildings in the U.K. to achieve the WELL Core & Shell Accreditation aimed at optimizing tenant wellbeing. Its power is derived from fully renewable energy sources including wind and solar energy.

I was commissioned to photograph the new dynamic offices, capturing the mix of conference, event and client collaboration spaces along with the top tier amenities and expansive views. The space has been designed with a flexible conference room with “sliding walls” that can open to adapt for events. There is a podcast room, and various break out spaces for casual meetings.

The relocation to a world class office building further expands the capabilities for Perkins Coie to serve clients seamlessly across Europe and its continued ability to attract and retain leading legal and business talent.

Congratulations to the project partners

MSMR – Architectural Design, AXA – overall client, Epiphany – CAT A, Vincent White – CAT A additional offices, and WSP Mechanical Electrical Design.
